Pain Coping Inventory (PCI)

An adapted version of the Pain Coping Inventory was used to measure maternal response to pain in herself, using 9 questions that were answered on a 4-point Likert scale (1 = seldom or never, 2 = sometimes, 3 = often, 4 = almost, or always), such as ‘I do something that I find enjoyable’.
