YOUth: Child and Adolescent

YOUth Child & Adolescent includes 1338 children aged 8, 9 or 10 and their parents through primary schools and events. For a subset of these children, data from a second measurement wave is available.

Purpose To understand brain and behavioral development of children, we measure a broad range of biological, child-related and environmental determinants. Specifically, we investigate how these determinants influence the development of social competence and behavioural control and how this relationship is mediated by the developing brain.
