Sensitive Discipline - Do and Don't

The Sensitive Discipline - Do and Don't tasks aim to measure parental sensitivity and discipline by observing a parent-child interaction when the parent has to instruct the child to do something (e.g., clean up toys, "Do"), and when parent has to forbid the child to do something (e.g., do not touch the toys while the parent plays with them, "Don't").

Subgroup only. The task also allows for the assessment of compliance and active resistance in a disciplinary context (clean-up). The DoDon’t task was performed at 3 years of age during the visit at the research centre, and at 4 years during a home visit.
