Blood sugar markers, for instance Glucose, Insulin, and C-peptide, measured with traditional enzymatic tests, such as Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA).

Glucose (YC_ACTIONBB1_1, YC_ACTIONBB1_2, YC_ACTIONBB2) and C-peptide (YC_ACTIONBB1_1, YC_ACTIONBB1_2, YC_ACTIONBB2, YC_ACTIONBB3) were measured in urine using ELISA.
